A very large part of our body's composition is water. Hence it is imperative that means fruits and vegetables should dominate in our diets. Concentrated food on the other hand means foods which their water content has been removed. These could consist the other smaller part of our diets. All the nutritional requirements that the body has- all the vitamins, minerals, proteins, amino acids, enzymes, carbohydrates and fatty acids that the human body needs to survive are to be found in fruits and vegetables.

A major reason for overeating is the consumption of non-nutritious foods such as common junk foods and other highly processed foods. Our body set of the alarm for more food, because they are literally starving nutritionally. A malnourished body will cry out for food even though the person is eating large quantities. One of the reason we are overweight is that we are eating as we slowly starve ourselves nutritionally on junk foods.
