Disernment is something that I’ve always felt God has gifted me with. You know, some people can sing, dance, captivate a room, make a speech…not me.
But being able to see through people’s true intentions have served me well 99% of the time.

Over a year ago, I started questioning my positioning with Monat. I wasn’t happy with what I thought was the effort I was making in my business as well as some product issues I was questioning.

So I made the trip to our annual conference in LA and pushed forward, even bringing my daughter with me because I just really believed this was my issue and i felt like I needed a new mindset.

I’ve seen people whom I know are of pure heart be hurt and mistreated by this company, hear one of the founders of this company shame someone for getting baptized and critizise them for leaving- calling them liars & saying they weren’t really successful anyway-PLUS to be a witness to what I can only attribute to ingredient changes, I can no longer stand by quietly. It doesn’t serve me, my team, or the customers that have trusted me with their hair & skin for 6.5 years.

I planned to leave quietly. I planned to just not renew my account in December. But I see now I’ve waited too long & this should have been done months ago.

And to tell you the truth-I would have been a Monat lifer. I still believe the haircare is the best & will always testify that it has brought my hair back 2 times in the past 6.5 years.
