This is the highest, optimal grade of match from Uji, Japan. The tea is hand plucked and are from the highest quality tea leaves. Tea plants used for matcha are fertilized thrice as much as for other teas such as sencha which gives matcha an abundance more nutrients than other teas. Furthermore, since matcha is powder ground from tea leaves, the consumer is taking not only tea liquor but the plant itself at the same time. This not only enhanced the flavor and aroma of the tea but also provide the consumer with optimal amount of nutrients possible with every grain of tea. This is the only grade that can be used as ceremonial koicha because it is sweeter than regular ceremonial grade matcha. Typically pinnacle grade tea are sold within Japan only and are super rare. Therefore, we only have 5 cans in stock.

Got my tea fix! I had a wonderful time visiting the tea farm I source my Japanese green tea from. Manufacturing site is nice, neat and clean. The experts know what they are doing making tea. Wonderful place! Wonderful people! Wonderful tea!

Fresh lotus seeds are super delicious: sweet and nutty. Yummy. Lotus flowers are great to blend with tea for the sweet floral aroma.

Hi everyone!
Seeing that 1 hour sessions is not enough for everyone’s thirst for tea, I am increasing the time to 1.5 hours per session and keep all rules the same! However, there will only be 4 sessions on Saturday and Sunday only, total up to 8 sessions for the weekend. The tea tasting will be in the Bellaire Blvd area.

Details regarding the tea session:
🍵 Duration - 1.5 hours.
🍵 Tea available - any tea on our tea menu and special tea that are not available on the menu
🍵 Limitations on the amount of tea - however many types of tea we can go through during the 1.5 hours session
🍵 Food - we will provide snacks during the session
🍵 Cost - $24 for an individual or couple. $48 for a group of 3-4.
🍵 Perks - extra 5% off on any tea or tea ware purchased after the session. Additionally, half of the tea tasting cost will apply to any purchase after the session.

🍵 Chi phí - $ 24 cho 1-2 người. $ 48 cho nhóm 3-4 người.
