It’s so super easy to hold grudges against people for how you feel you’ve been wronged. However a truly strong person extends grace to those who have hurt them.
1. Maybe they have not healed and have no clue what their doing.
2. Maybe no one genuinely taught them how to treat people.
3. Maybe they have some tough stuff going on in their personal life.
Either way there’s no excuse for YOU not to have boundaries around people who hurt YOU, that’s YOUR responsibility. Not theirs. Everything falls on YOU because you’re the ONLY person you can change, help, or control.
