Is your concern actually loose skin or is it stubborn fat that’s not responding to diet and exercise?

Pinch Test

Perform the pinch test by simply pinching the area of your concern. If there’s more than a few millimeters of skin between your fingers, you most likely have some fat to lose. This doesn’t mean you don’t have loose skin too.

You are a perfect candidate if your BMI is between 18.5 and 24.9. However, patients who are a bit overweight can also achieve great results, but will need more than the recommended 6 sessions.
