2025-2026 Can one year of consistency change your life? Yes, it can! In 2025 I made it a priority to put God first & study His word! I became disciplined in my diet & exercise! I was consistent in my skin care routine & my own treatments! I was mindful in what I allowed into my life-mind, body & spirit! Results: I am closer to Jesus than I have ever been, I dropped 25 pounds, I am more grounded and more peaceful with an even greater desire to seek God’s will!
