So I tried calling hydrotherapy with @cleantouchcolonics a black owned spa specializing in colon health, in Mansfield Tx. This is where they pump water through your colon allowing you to flush your system, and have a full detox. Now it was an uncomfortable experience, but after the fact, I felt amazing and there are a ton of health benefits. We hold a lot of nasty stuff in our colon, and colon health is vital to our overall health. They do open treatment, which means that you do not have to have anybody in there with you, but they can come in to help if needed. They have a ton of different packages that they offer, and the prices are very fair whether you wanna go once on a regular basis. They also have amenities like their infrared sauna, which is 100% private allowing for complete relaxation. I fast and Juice on a regular basis, and still was about 2 1/2 3 pounds lighter the next morning. I was super nervous to try this out, but honestly, I'm glad I did it. I think this is beneficial for everybody, male or female, as we're getting older we need to make sure we're taking care of our health.
