Yoga teacher still had skin issues, but once the fascia was addressed, the nutrients and collagen were able get up to the skin layer for healthier skin 🙌

It’s not a knot! Our bodies don’t tie in knots 🪢
The fascia runs around each and every muscle fiber, and between muscle layers as one continuous web 🕸️. These fibers and layers can stick together and create “fascia balls” which we call knots.
When we start to work on our fascia health, the muscles fall in line too. Muscles are slippery, and they like to be smooth … hence their name smooth muscle! 💪
It’s the fascia that gets sticky, and binds the muscles like dried chewing gum! That’s why rolling and massaging don’t get rid of knots. You need fascia tools to address the fascia causing the problem!

What I’ve been up to lately!
I came home from an epic trip to China 🇨🇳 and Hong Kong 🇭🇰 and I can’t wait to share the products I was there developing. Every stitch, every cut, every color, every battery… I am the founder and inventor who is literally “all up in it” … every detail of everything!
I came home to super severe jet 🛩️ lag and have made respect for my sleep and switching my circadian rhythm! It hasn’t been easy, but I’m finally sleeping at night without 9 hour “naps” LOL. This is very bad for the body, so I try to limit myself to one major shift in a year!
I have been very grateful for the team I’ve built and they loyalty they all have for the mission. It’s an interesting season planning for a shift and I am making sure to take care of my soul and soul’s purpose. All while mixing in some self care and surfing 🏄♀️.
