Yes, we typically increase the dose when patients are acutely decompensating but when adjustments need to be made, is increasing the dose or frequency better? 
 
Check the urine output; if the urine output is good, then consider tipping the bucket over more often. Lasix is short acting and also has a ceiling dose, so increasing the frequency instead of the dose may give you better diuresis. 
  
 

I came across this product when I was searching for tenaculum alternatives and had to sign up for a demo kit to try! Of course with any medical advancement, prices can be high and adoption can be slow.
