It may seem impossible until it's done. Ava means life. I added the H on the end of Avah in honor of my father, nicknamed Hercules.
Not only do I hope to motivate people through fitness but I want to bring out the inner strength in anyone who stands up and seeks help. I am a believer that if you change your lifestyle by aiming towards health, you will be rewarded in many ways.
