While trying a new thing today I made so many learning curve mistakes but it was all worth it. Next time I’ll know better what to do and I in the process I gained more confidence in the kitchen. Plus I’m getting a real good laugh looking at my concentration face as I shape the bread. I’ll be accepting any offered advice from the bread girlies out there. Oh, and yes, I now also realize my bread knife needs sharpened 😆
