Do not book an appointment with me and then not show up or even message to say you can’t make it or reschedule.

Just bc I’m a small business doesn’t mean you shouldn’t treat it like any other business.

& yes I do have late fees, cancellation fees and no call now show fees just like anyone else would. Bc your taking money away from me when someone else could’ve booked In you’re spot.

If you can’t accept the rules nor do any of the above^ I will not allow you too book future appointments.

It’s happened more than once and I can’t allow anyone to mess with other clients booking or my money.
