I have always used herbs to bring balance to my body so it can heal itself, that is how it works.
The earth provides what we need, we just have to be patient enough to let it work. After 15 years I’m pretty confident in plants healing abilities.

Harvesting my pitiful yarrow plant to make yarrow infused oil.
Yarrow is great for encouraging cell regeneration. It makes your skin grow back together.
Next year I'll have a whole bunch of herbs growing. We moved to late in the growing season this year.
