From gentleman's haircuts to military haircuts and flat tops, Mike's is an old school shop where men and boys can get a quality cut at a reasonable price
After cutting hair for 15 years at Jerry & Bills Barber Shop , which is among the oldest and most well established barber shops in Huntsville, AL, I decided it was time to open my own barber shop. With old school barber shops becoming a dying breed and being replaced by themed men's salons , as sole proprietor of Mike's Westside Barber Shop, I plan to keep the legacy of the old school barber shop alive and well in the City of Huntsville.
Dear customers, the shop will be closing at 1:00pm on Friday June 12th through Saturday the 13th.
The shop will be closing promptly at noon this Saturday May 30th.
Shop will be closed today due to my wife having surgery. Will be back 8am Wednesday morning . Thank you for your understanding and patience
Closed early today for an appointment, will be back open at 8am tomorrow morning

If you are seeing the post, that is screen shot below, on our page, it is false. We are unsure how an unauthorized person was able to post this on Mike’s business page but are working hard to resolve it. Please do not mind it and if you do interact, please report it. If someone would please clarify in the comments that it’s false. We don’t know who this “Melinda” is and it’s not authorized by us we would appreciate it. Unfortunately the only authorized personnel aren’t able to see it or interact with it.
Barbershop will be closed from Wednesday 3/25/26 - Tuesday 3/31/26
Barbershop will be closing at 1 this Friday 3/13/26 and will open back up on Tuesday 3/17/26
