Swimsuit season is upon us and I am so glad that I made the decision to get healthy when I did. We all know what it’s like for June to roll around and the pools are all open, yet we are definitely NOT ready for the dreaded swimsuit shopping that takes place.
Real talk: we all have our problem areas. My legs, hips and butt are mine. I have cellulite. No matter how much I worked out in the past, it was still there. It will probably always be there to a point. But, I can tell you with 100% certainty that is looks 100% better since losing 30 lbs. Is it still one if my biggest insecurities regarding my appearance....yes! But, being a part of this program has helped me to love me for all of me. Part of loving myself is taking the tools I’ve learned since I’ve joined to help me to be the best me possible. Taking the extra weight off, spending time at my Pilates gym and walking my dog, working on my insides, my confidence, my happiness, setting goals, and dreaming big. The holistic approach of this program is the best thing I never knew I needed so badly.

There is so much hope in that song. I had been living in the winter for far too long, but now I choose to live in the sunshine.

My personal beliefs used to be limiting. Now, I see my potential. My coping mechanisms were non existent. Now I have a supportive community around me with common goals. My self esteem was wavering in and out of mediocre to very low. Now I am proud to be me.

The 30 lbs I lost and have kept off for four months now is completely due to embracing this program from their low glycemic foods, to the literature they provide that has helped me to see me for my reality and my unlimited potential. The supportive community has helped me to become so much more positive. The coaching aspect has opened my eyes to possibilities that I never thought possible before. I get to be a part of people’s personal journey to health and happiness. You cannot imagine how powerful that is. My life has completely changed because I said “yes, I want more for my life.”

Not everyday that you have a local celebrity fashion blogger in your chair. This is my friend and I was so happy to be able to catch up with her today.
