Did you know that your hair gets the very last of the nutrients you put in your body?! Taking supplements such as biotin is great to be sure you’re getting enough! Also staying away from highly saturated fats and sugars helps too. Having good, professional products at home helps, but eating well balanced diet is even better! On that note, what y’all eating today?! I started my day off with 24oz of water, vitamins and plan to make veggie stir fry for dinner.
