TEXAS BOMBSHELLS SALON REFUND POLICY

At Texas Bombshells Salon, we strive to provide every client with exceptional service and results. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify us within 7 days of your appointment so we can discuss your concerns and work toward a resolution.

SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS
• We do not offer refunds on services that have been completed.
• If you are unhappy with your haircut, color, or other salon service, we will gladly schedule a complimentary adjustment within 7 days of the original appointment when appropriate.
• Adjustments must be performed by the original service provider unless otherwise approved by management.

RETAIL PRODUCTS
• Unopened retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt.
• Opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are defective.

GRATUITIES (TIPS)
• Tips are voluntary and are considered final once processed.
• Refunds of gratuities will only be considered in cases of documented billing errors or accidental overcharges.

NO-SHOWS AND CANCELLATIONS
• Clients who fail to appear for a scheduled appointment without notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• We appreciate at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Management reserves the right to review refund and adjustment requests on a case-by-case basis.
