When the body doesn't recognize the substances bring bought into it whether it is through ingesting, or through skin absorption, the body will try to remove it through its normal avenue of toxin/waste elimination (Bladder/kidneys, lymphatic system, colon, sweat glands/skin). Our bodies develop problems when the normal avenues of waste removal are compromised. When this situation takes place, the body will store the toxins/waste in the body's fat.
Signs of toxin overload first appear in the skin in the form of pimples, rashes, and other blemishes. While drinking water will aid in flushing the toxins out of the body, what we put into and on top of our body will dictate whether we are helping and hurting it.
