Truthfully… Chaya’s message has been for me too. 🌿

This season has stretched me in ways I didn’t expect. Between military life, purpose, burnout, uncertainty, and trying to carry everything well, I realized I had learned how to survive… but not always how to rest.

And somewhere along the way, God started teaching me that rest isn’t weakness. It’s obedience. It’s trust. It’s healing.

So while I build Chaya, Chaya is also rebuilding me.

Every quiet moment, every devotional, every product, every late night in this space has been a reminder that I am still allowed to breathe, soften, heal, and bloom.
