Color corrections take time 🤍

At the start of a color correction journey, you might not get your dream result in the first session and that’s okay. After two color removals, we applied color and it pulled a little more red than we were aiming for.

We let it fade (trust the process 🙌), and at our second session we did an all-over color using Redken 7CC. It came out a little deeper than expected, but honestly… it turned out SO gorgeous.

Healthy hair + realistic goals = the best results every time ✨

Yesterday reminded me that being a hairstylist is so much more than “just doing hair.”
I did James’s hair… as they lay in their casket.

There are moments in this career that people don’t see the quiet, heavy, heartbreaking ones. The ones where our hands are still, but our hearts feel everything.

Behind the chair, we build relationships. We listen. We laugh. We hold space for people in ways that go far beyond hair.

And sometimes… we show up in the hardest moments.
