Hey everyone! Let me introduce myself, I’m Nicole!✂️🌿 I specialize in natural and synthetic dreadlocks, haircuts, and color.
I’ve been doing hair for about 15 years, and I spent about 7 of those years teaching at a cosmetology school, where I taught mostly theory in the cosmetology, barbering, nail technology, and esthetics programs. I loved teaching, but eventually realized that my heart wasn’t in it anymore. For the last 8 years I’ve been self-employed and working one-on-one with clients.
I get asked about my own hair all the time. I’ve had my dreadlocks for about 12 years. Yes, it’s all my own hair, with the exception of a couple ends that have been extended with hair from people close to me. Yes, I do wash it 😆
Outside of the salon, I’m a crafter (I’m a fidgeter, always working with my hands in one way or another!) and I also serve as the Treasurer for the Fort Henry Buckskinners, a nonprofit club dedicated to historical reenactment and Idaho history.
This next chapter feels exciting and I’m so grateful you’re here with me. If you want to update your look, start your dreadlock journey, or just sit in the chair and relax while I do my thing—I’ve got you. 💛
