According to years of patients from counseling , apple cider vinegar is your best friend if you have diabetes. They recommend taking a drink of diluted apple cider vinegar at waking and after each meal and at bedtime! Be careful using your normal meds during this because you could make your sugar too low. The vinegar they say will regulate your sugar. This especially is true for diabetes type two and many people have helped themselves so that they are not dependent on any kind of medication for diabetes. These are patient stories and ones that did use preventative natural medicine while in counseling to recover.. the vinegar also has to be very diluted in order to not hurt your bones because it does deteriorate bones in large doses.
