God’s timing is always perfect. 🤍
Yesterday, I had the honor of providing chair massages for the Refresh & Renew women’s event at a local church. It was a day dedicated to encouraging women to pour into themselves while keeping God first.
What made this experience even more special was that I was booked by a nurse I had the pleasure of serving a few years ago. She had lost my contact information but said God led her back to me. She also shared that her nurses still talk about the chair massages I gave them years ago. That truly touched my heart and reminded me that the seeds we plant through kindness and service never go unnoticed.

The facials had the gentlemen glowing, the manicures had their nails looking healthy and polished, and the massages and stretching sessions had them feeling relaxed and refreshed. And of course… nobody left hungry. The food was definitely a hit! 🍽️
This was the perfect way to kick off June—a month dedicated to celebrating fathers and bringing awareness to men’s mental health. Too often men carry the weight of the world on their shoulders without taking time for themselves. This event was a reminder that self-care isn’t a luxury, it’s a necessity.
Thank you to every man who showed up, connected, and poured into himself. We hope you left feeling seen, appreciated, and renewed.

The "Rose Garden" was in full bloom this past weekend! 🌹✨ Our Mother’s Day Sip & Paint Brunch was everything I imagined and more. Seeing so many smiles, hearing the singing, and watching everyone catch a vibe on the dance floor made my heart so full.
Thank you to every beautiful soul who joined us and made this magic possible. The paintings were stunning, but the energy was the real masterpiece. We’re definitely doing this again! 🥂🎨
