The sunny days of spring and summer are the best! For me, sunshine and warm weather brings happiness and a more fulfilled feeling to life! I love being in the sun, enjoying outdoor activities and soaking in the positivity of the rays!

You may relate, maybe not… The days of my youth were the “hot” introductory years of tanning beds and baby oil! Yikes! I know for certain that my skin wishes that I would have taken better care of it throughout those earlier years.

Enjoy the fun and sun as much as you can! These things are proven to have endless health benefits! That said, the sun can also be damaging to your outer beauty. We hear it all the time… blah blah… but, seriously, make sure you include a little time to protect and care for your beautiful skin too. You’ll be thankful for doing this now and in the days of your future. Your skin is an organ requiring proper upkeep to maintain its health… And is the most visible component of YOU that will remain as your exterior for ALL of your life. (Kinda creepy sounding actually 😂)

Drink water, apply sunscreen (find the most natural sunscreen possible to avoid seriously toxic ingredients!…research it!), stay internally and externally hydrated, exfoliate old/burnt/dry/dead skin and moisturize often!
