This is actually craaaaazy đ€Żđ€Żđ€Ż
That means over 93% are living with some form of dysfunctionâwhether itâs elevated blood sugar, high blood pressure, poor cholesterol markers, excess weight, or a history of cardiovascular events.
Weâve normalized chronic illness and masked symptoms with medications, rather than addressing the true cause. These conditions arenât random. Theyâre signals from a body overwhelmed by processed, inflammatory inputs.
Metabolic disease doesnât appear overnight.
Itâs not a fluke.
Itâs not fate.
Itâs the expected result of a system in disrepair.
So we must ask ourselves:
Are ultra-processed, nutrient-lacking foods fueling insulin resistance?
Is unrelenting stress wreaking havoc on your hormones?
Is poor sleep compromising detox, repair, and cognition?
Are toxins or infections disrupting gut health and mitochondrial function?
When we treat the root, the body heals. Iâve seen people reverse type 2 diabetes, lose 60+ pounds, regain clarity and energyâand do it without medication.
These ideas arenât radical. Theyâre foundational.

Who remembers doing the Presidential Fitness Test when you were younger? Well, Trump is planning to bring it back for public school students after a 13-year hiatus.
While there have been different versions of the Presidential Fitness Test, the one most are familiar with includes a one-mile run, pull-ups or push-ups, sit-ups, shuttle run and sit-and-reach, according to Harvard Health.
What are your thoughts on this? đ
