Effective immediately, my booking and payment policy will be changing.

Depending on the type of service being booked, either the full balance will be due at the time of booking, or a 50% retainer will be required to reserve your date, with the remaining balance due before your event. The required payment amount will be discussed at the time of booking.

I will no longer be offering payment plans or extending payment accommodations. Unfortunately, I have experienced too many situations where services were completed but payments were never made or balances remained unpaid. As for cancellations it still remains the same, there will be no refunds for cancellations, which includes if you decide to go with a different artist, any retainers for that will go towards the trial for time and use of product IF a trial was provided.

As a small business owner, this is how I provide for myself and my child. This business is how I pay my bills, keep a roof over our heads, and provide the things we need. While I have always tried to be understanding and help whenever I could, I can no longer afford to take on that financial risk.
