The monopoly over the INDY music scene keeps growing and growing, more names throwing their hat in the ring to dip their sticky-stinky fingers into every pie they can, all in the name of "helping the scene". It's obvious all these people are trying to do is make a name for themselves and as much $$$ as they can, using "pretty language" to try and disguise their real intentions and motives... Fu***ng bu****it...

I just want to say a few words...

I ain't buying the egomaniac bu****it you're laying down...

If I ever start a promotion agency called MICHAEL A. DYER PRODUCTIONS, please someone kick me squarely in the nuts... IMO, It takes a certain kind of ego to try and "unify" the INDY music scene under the title of your own name...

Booker/promoter/musician rant of the day: Sometimes the local music scene feels like we're all lightning bugs trapped in a jar. It's a big, wide world out there, full of possibilities and mystery. Being a musician is common, being a true artist is not. Strive to free your inner artist, release the sacred mysteries...

Certain D-Bag in town who does these "6 bands for 6 bucks" shows, puts his own name in GIANT ass letters at the top of the flyer with "presents:", gets all these sponsors behind the show, and has only done ONE other show in his whole life. Money making scheme by a fake ass poser, and imagine that, X103's local show is hyping the s**t out of it tonight... FAKE FU***NG SCENE!!!

Sh*tty cover band dress trendy and wear mascara because they are wanna-be rock stars appealing to drunk, middle aged women. There's this band that's pretty terrible, bunch of jackasses. If they were nice dudes, I wouldn't say they were terrible, but... Anyway, NUVO said they were good two years ago, and this band has been milking it forever. Just a note: You're not very good, and NUVO sucks. Get over yourselves. Just because a friend of yours at NUVO gave you a good quote once, doesn't mean ALL of NUVO supports you... Tards..
