Looking so bummed out but the GAIN!!!!!

My weight has always been up and down but the older I got, I noticed the more I stressed - I lost weight.

I stopped going to the gym November of last year bc my mind was everywhere honestly. I got back in a month ago & I’m so happy about my results already 😭 I’m always between 120-130.. my body went all the way back to my high school weight which is 115!!!! Talk about sick. My goal is 145-150. Checked this morning & I’m at 133. Tips would help if you have any!! 💪🏾🤞🏾 ✨
