New wellness spa in Crystal River near US 19 and 44.

Two 8'11" x 11'8" treatment rooms for rent:

One has a sink, counter space, and cabinets. $440/month

One has counter space, window, and more cabinet storage. $400/month

Renters will have access to common areas including kitchen, office, waiting room, and bathroom.

Each treatment room has its own keyed entry.

Renter is self-employed and in charge of their own schedule, payments, etc.

You will need to obtain your own Business Tax Receipt for the City of Crystal River as well as provide copy of your professional license and liability insurance.

I am only renting to LMTs and estheticians, and other licensed healing professionals - no harsh chemical smells or loud noises from salon personal care services. We are prioritizing a relaxing professional environment!

Summary:

The bill expands the scope of practice for massage therapy by requiring a massage therapist to perform an assessment to determine the course of massage therapy treatment. The bill also makes conforming changes to statutory citations and terminology throughout the statutes.

This information is effective. It’s time to brush up on our law a little bit more.
