You got it all planned out.
You get a gym membership, you set a date, you go, you workout for 2-hours like you used to back in high school, you're feeling GOOD, you're flexing in the mirror when no one is looking, you head out to grab a healthy smoothie, you're posting pictures on instagram with the caption "new year, new me," you're feeling the burn, but you're on top of the WORLD.

Tomorrow is a little different.
