The shop will be closed from 12:30pm-3:00pm today Tuesday May 26th to attend as mush as possible of the BOCC meeting regarding AI data centers in Citrus County. We hope to see many of you there!

Some of us will have cookouts and some will go boating for the Holiday weekend but whatever you decide to do please take time to remember that men and women gave their lives. They died so we might enjoy these freedoms in the greatest Country that there is! Never Forget!

💈💈 Thank you so much to everyone who showed up and donated supplies for our local Veterans Shelter and CASA our location Domestic Abuse Shelter, thank you also for helping us meet the goal of 15 blood donations and getting Bridge for Veterans Shelter and extra financial grant from the Life South Blood Bus! Over $300 extra was raised and split between the two houses for more supplies or whatever they need the cash for. It was fun seeing the kids playing in the bounce house all the faces painted and the Star Wars guys were a big hit!! Thank you Luis, Alma and Bill for some great hot dogs for lunch too!! We will do again next year for our 10 year anniversary and maybe we can add a dunk tank for Tim and Nikki to get dunked for some extra cash for the shelters!! See you soon at Tim’s Barber Room💈💈

The Bridge 4 Veterans, Inc., our local Citrus County Homeless Veterans Shelter along with CASA Citrus out local Citrus County Domestic Abuse Shelter. Every Year since we opened our doors y'all have showed up and supported this shop and the Barbers who work here and every year we have an Annual Giveback party to those who need it most in our community. Our local Veterans, our local abuse victims and the sick who need our blood. Help us show out BIG again this year. if you can't make it to the event on the 16th you can drop supplies off during the shops open hours from now until then. If you don't want to shop but prefer to do a cash donation, we can shop with you through our partners at Apex in Inverness. Did you know that these services and shelters were here in Citrus County, helping those who need it most? A list below of items needed---

We may have been dyslexic when we put her age out there!!

Barber Tim is getting another name upgrade! From, Son, Brother, Husband, Dad and Uncle, he will now also be known as "Grandpa"!! We think this will be the greatest title he will have!

We were so excited when our daughter Bryar and her husband Tyler told us she was pregnant in the beginning of February! The little box she showed us had two little toys and 2 positive tests. None of us thought anything of that, I mean we all take more than one test (but do we show others two tests, with two toys?). Then weeks later in March she had her first ultrasound ---- HOLY SMOKES, She's having TWINS!!! Bryar was shocked and Tyler was speechless! She had her blood work done at the Doctor last week and in 5 days the results came back from the lab. Gender Reveal this past Thursday at the gun range in our backyard where Tyler proposed to her December of 2023 and we are getting 2 grandsons 💙💙!

2024- Wedding planning
2025- Wedding (we became a family of 4)
2026- Bryar's Pregnant - We are a family of 6!

What we know about twin pregnancies - Identical twins are by chance, the egg splits and you get two babies. It is rare but can happen to anyone. Fraternal twins, also rare come from the mothers genetics. Neither Tim nor I knew of any family twins but have since learned that Bryar's great-great Grandmother did have a set of fraternal boys. She had 11 children and we were unaware of those twins until two weeks ago. One of those twins also had a set of fraternal twins. The test was unable to determine if the boys are identical or fraternal so it is still unknown if this was just by chance or if this is genetics. We are not sure if that will be determined before they are born but we will update everyone when we know. Either way we are excited to meet these guys!
