Every year I pack up and head to Good Guys PNW — a classic car and hot rod show where people roll in from Arizona, Utah, Idaho, Missouri and everywhere in between, and we camp Thursday through Sunday like it's 1957. It's my favorite weekend of the year and I am not missing it.

That means my last day before vacation is Thursday, July 23rd in Issaquah. I'll be back in Maple Valley on Monday, July 27th, rested and ready.

A lot of you have mentioned loving the one-on-one vibe at the Maple Valley home salon, so I've leaned into that. Here's where things stand:

Maple Valley home salon: Monday, Tuesday & Friday (plus one Saturday a month)
Issaquah: Wednesday & Thursday — I start earlier now so there's more room to book those days

Same great hair. Just a little more intentional about where and when.

So here's the deal. I have a 3:15 PM appointment that just opened up, and I'm genuinely torn between going home early and making sure my people are taken care of before the 4th of July weekend.

The 4th is basically Issaquah's Super Bowl — the parade, the lake, the inevitable run-in with everyone you know. You're going to want your hair to look good for that.

Exciting Schedule Update:

More Maple Valley Availability Starting July! 🤍

I hope you’re having a wonderful weekend!Believe it or not, July booking is already well underway, and I have some exciting news to share regarding my upcoming schedule.
Lately, many of you have shared how much you love the quiet, private one-on-one studio experience we always enjoyed before my move to the salon. I’ve also had several clients ask if offering more days closer to home would make things easier or more convenient.

I’m always looking for ways to give you the absolute best experience possible, so I’m thrilled to share that starting in July, I am expanding my hours at my Maple Valley home salon to include **Tuesdays**!
Here is what my updated weekly schedule will look like moving forward:

Maple Valley (Private Home Studio): Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, and one Saturday per month.

Issaquah Salon:
Wednesdays and Thursdays.

If a private, one-on-one studio vibe is your preference, or if Maple Valley is simply a more convenient location for your schedule, now is the perfect time to grab those Tuesday spots for July and beyond.

Here's what we have coming up this weekend at The Place to Race. 2-FAST Motorcycle Track Days kicks off Friday with bikes on the big track from 9am to 4pm. Pacific Northwest Drag Race Association moves in for a Test & Tune on Friday with racing on Saturday and Sunday. Gates open at 7:30am duirng the weekend. Updates as Eight One Eight Co. Makes All the Right Moves!

Hello, Beautiful People!

I hope this message finds you well! I wanted to take a moment to share some important updates about my availability and studio locations as I prepare for an exciting transition.

🚨 Quick Heads Up:
If you happen to see any availability pop up for my Issaquah studio during the last week of May (Tuesday through Thursday), please disregard it! I’m in full packing mode and will be disconnecting all plumbing during Memorial Day weekend.

➡️ Where You Can Find Me:
Until I officially start at Troy’s Salon in downtown Issaquah on **June 2nd** (mark your calendars!), I’ll be working exclusively at my Maple Valley location. This is where I’ll have all my equipment ready to create fabulous hair!
