When booking an appointment going forward, I will need your card info. There will be a fee for no shows that will automatically charge your card. A fee will also be charged if I have already arrived to set up for your appointment and you cancel last minute.

When I book an appointment I have to show up 30-45 minutes early to properly sanitize and set everything up for that client. When I set up for a client I am using my supplies therefore spending money which is why a no show fee will be charged going forward.

Also, if i don’t receive confirmation for your appointment after reaching out to you several times. I will not be wasting my time or my product to set up for you. Supplies are not cheap. I am a mother of 2 and have a whole other job on top of this, so I prefer if my time is not wasted as well.

I am not trying to be mean or crazy, but moving forward these rules will stand. I hope you understand.
