Scalp treatments are perfect for making you feel relaxed, but an extra layer most don’t realize is with our initial assessments we are able to choose products that will best suit your scalp’s individual needs. For example- You cannot treat dry skin the same as seborrheic dermatitis.

If you started a new hair care routine, a bunch of new scalp and hair products and you feel like improvement is OK but not fantastic. I can guarantee you the missing puzzle piece is probably your diet and nutrition.
I completely understand how difficult it can be to get the proper amount of certain nutrients in protein vitamins staying away from inflammatory processed food. It’s difficult and society is not set up to support that kind of lifestyle. You have to work extremely hard for that lifestyle. Trust me, I know.
But when I tell you, your hair can be so much better if you added one or two extra protein drinks a day starting out… you could probably notice a difference within a month or a month and a half.

I struggle on a daily basis to get my own protein intake in not to mention to make sure I didn’t forget a supplement that I need to take for my adrenal’s or making sure I take my magnesium glycinate every single night properly.
