So I just HAVE to share THE STORY...
And The Before & After's...
My friend & 1& Only boot camp client (til I am certified to start classes) has been with me on this journey since Sept 2017. In the beginning, she could not even run a 100ft without stopping to walk, barely lift a 30lb weighted bar & moaned & groaned just lifting a 10lb dumb bell! Well ya know what?...after about her 2nd month she was RUNNING the track NO WALKING & NOW she is linebacking the 15lb dumb bells. Y'all it's not your body that CANT do it!!! When your mind is conditioned for the feel of Comfort it will tell your body to resist the WANT to push to move out of that thing we all know too well as the Comfort Zone!!! Depends on HOW BAD you want something. If you keep telling yourself YOU CANT, THEN YOU WONT!!! Along side of being at every workout & just plain MAKING NO EXCUSES FOR HERSELF...Well haha This girl PROVED that she was gonna BEAST MODE this boot camp thing out with NOTHING BUT 100% Pure Gut & Determination!!! Yes, through Sweat, a skinned elbow, jammed finger, mosquitoes, chiggars, pouring rain, 28Β° winter tennis court sprints, a few Ugly Cries bc she PUSHED, PULLED, STEPPED UP, SPRINTED UPHILL, STATIC SQUATED, RAN WITHOUT WALKING, PLANKED when i pushed & YELLED for her to Go Hard she NEVER gave up on herself or stopped to let anything get in her way. YES SHE EVENTUALLY PUSHED THAT 40LB BAR ALL THE WAY UP OVER HER HEAD, HELD THAT 1 MIN STATIC SQUAT W/A 20lb DUMB BELL, RAN THAT ENTIRE QUARTER MILE LOOP W/A 10LB DUMB BELL IN HER HAND & COMPLETED (WITHOUT WALKING) A FEW 5K's!!!. She PUSHED HERSELF beyond what SHE ONLY THOUGHT were her physical limitations! She didn't think she could...BUT SHE DID!!!
She is now 28lbs DOWN & ONE POUND away from meeting her own personal goal weight 150lbs. She has til Wednesday to lose that ONE lb!!!
I KNOW she can do this!!! She's Tough!

You cant fool a Fitness Trainer! WE KNOW that scale don't lie!!!!
NO it will not happen over night, not even 3 days! It depends though...on how much effort YOU DO put into it & how HONEST you are with your Nutrition! DO NOT SKIP your workouts....it makes you stronger & accelerates your results...building more muscle that will burn more fat, revs your metabolism & relieves the mind & body of Stress to help the body rest & recover!!!At the end of the month YOU WILL get the results you've worked CONSISTENTLY toward!!!

Ya ever hear ppl say some things that REALLY just Make Ya Cringe deep inside??? Then ya turn around like I KNOWWWWW I didnt just hear that but ya don't want to look like an idiot about it every time ya hear it!?!?! Yeah we all have those kind of idiosyncrasies I think lol!!! Literally, its like WORSE MISUNDERSTOOD MYTH EVER!!! ...WORSE... like much more PAINFUL to hear THAN THE WORST CHARLEY HORSE MUSCLE CRAMP every time I hear someone say "muscle weighs more than fat"!...Uggghhhh πππ I dont know why! I cant explain it but I WRITHE IN PAIN LOL everything I hear that!!! So I'm gonna settle this myth here & Now πππ...HERE is the Truth about this longtime misunderstood MYTH...
Yes, We should ALL be rich as many times as this is said LOL...

WHAT??? 28days?!?! Thats ONLY the starting point! EVERYONE should do this EVERYDAY, 365 days a year!!!...as many times a day as you can!!! It's JUST a plank! By the end of each month, what's your longest static plank hold??? Just think what you'll be doing in a year!!! A challenge is not a challenge if there is no effort to it! MAKE IT YOUR CHALLENGE!!! And go ahead & add in a 1mile run everyday if you will. Will do the body good!!! Ain't gonna hurt! If it BURNS & your muscles are crazy sore, you're doing it Right!!!

WEIGH IN ALERT...
Wanna talk about shedding inches & some unwanted fat & putting on some Girl Gainz?!?! That means MUSCLE!!! It's called DEDICATION, DETERMINATION & HARD WORK!!! All pretty much meaning the same thing, right? NO EXCUSES is Michele's way of reaching her goals! Alot of ppl ask "Isnt it hard to lose weight as a vegetarian? Or hard to build muscle?" Well Michele is vegetarian! And its about Balancing out the right foods with Proper Nutrition (the right nutrients, proteins, carbs & fats) WITH the right kind of Exercise! And LOTS OF WATER!!! With a few Big adjustments to her Nutrition she has managed to let go of 21.5lbs, 14.25inches. Boils down to ADJUSTMENTS & CONSISTENCY!!! GETTING OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE!!! And a Strong Mindset to just do what ya gotta do to Make Things Happen! It's never gonna be an EASY "overnight success"! But with dedication & perseverance all that HARD WORK WILL BE WORTH IT!!! Michele still has a short way to go til she reaches her goal weight, but she is staying on track & not letting ANYTHING get in her way!!!
