Today, Scott Hilburn and Madeline DeMarcus joined EPlus TV 6 live in Jackson, Tennessee, to talk about Miss Volunteer America and welcome our outstanding state titleholders as they arrive from across the nation for an incredible week of service, scholarship, leadership, and competition.

Hey everyone!

I just wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for all of you after the incredible experiences we shared at the Strawberry Festival this year. Your presence truly made it a memorable event!

As I’m thinking about how I am just now recovering from those three days, I’m acknowledging how emotionally, physically, and mentally taxing it can be. Recovery takes time, but I’m thankful for each and every one of you who chose my team and me to be your hair and makeup artist. You trusted us to give you our very best hair and makeup service. I can truly say that we gave it our all.

I’m already looking forward to our next adventure with Volunteer America in June! Let’s keep that spirit alive! 🙌
