I don't normally leave bad reviews for company's but ability to help their hosts is EXTREMELY lackluster.
1. They have instructions on the website to help yourself but they never work.

2. You have to jump through hoops to speak to a real person once the online instructons don't work

3.Then when you are finally able to get a number to call there are lengthy wait times AND sometimes the line will hang up!

4. Once you finally get a really pertain in the phone, they are rarely ever able to actually solve your problem

5. Ultimately I do not feel like they value their host and without host, there would be no air bnb

The pictures I've posted are photos of a guest and their left over smoking trash when I have a NO SMOKING UNIT. This same guest also left late. About 45 minutes to be exact on a day when we had a checking in the next few hours.

Because they left so late I didn't have time to search for a purifier to clean the air, that process itself also takes time that I didn't have because I had to clean my unit. So instead I opened all the windows and prayed the angel would be gone by time I was done cleaning. Luckily it was and while airbnb did pay the late checkout fee, they didn't not cover a smoke fee bc I didn't have a receipt for an "extra" cleaning charge. The guest also deleted their profile when they left which further proves they did wrong by my unit.

Take care of that waxed skin! That includes being consistent! Now keep in mind this may not apply to everyone because everyone's home regime is different, as well as hormones, and life styles but this is a VERY HUGE perk of waxing.
