Hi scrubuddies!! 🧼🌿 I can't believe I've been away from my business IG for six months!! I've been away, but actually not really. My life has been full of color, travel, laughter, and yet demarcated with periods of faltering health, doctor appts, and medical procedures.

I've slowed down on my biz, intentionally. It's a great thing to have streams of income that you can scale up and down as you choose, especially in seasons where you need to. I've appreciated those who've stayed following and even those supporters who keep on trucking with those custom orders! You know who you are. 😉

December 16th is USPS's cutoff date for guaranteed Christmas delivery. Keep that in mind when ordering. 😉 I ship packages within two business days and will continue to send out mail even into the week prior to Christmas but we're getting close to the wire!

I've remade this batch twice from a recipe I have saved, and twice it's become too lye heavy on the lighter white parts. Soooo frustrating as I've created this soap twice prior to these attempts with no issues!! I'm going to have to redo my recipe from scratch and try again, but this is just a perfect example of how even years of practice can still yield failures - and guess what? It's ok! It's part of the process, and you learn in every failure.

These are the parts of being an entrepreneur that I love - how failure is OK, I can give myself grace to be creative and experiment because if I fail, I lose nothing (except some money LOL) but I gain a whole lot more (freedom of expression, learning, creativity, innovation). 🎨

Trust yourself enough as a business owner to fail. 😉
