This is my 48! I am no where near as healthy and fit as I would like to be, but I’m feeling pretty good about my skin! I am 48, have struggled with cystic acne, scars, aging, etc. I have not had a single injectable or medical procedure. In this photo I have on a tinted sunscreen not a full coverage foundation. I used no filters, ring light or any altering in this photo. My point is that while I am not against any of those things, I do feel that too many people think that is the only way to take care of your skin. It’s not!
