Did you know that your brain does way more than just t think. It processes information that you see and hear. It then retrieves the memories from that information regardless if they are good or traumatic experiences. The it combines all of those experiences then uses all of this to produce thoughts and ideas.
What you allow yourself to see and hear has a direct influence on HOW YOU THINK. Information positive or negative is a direct correlation to your perception of reality. Although there are several studies and research material that back how the brain processes information, you will still come across many individuals who will deny that who they are, what they do, how they respond has nothing to do with what they let enter their mind, body, and soul.
If you are wanting something different than what you have been receiving Change the information that your brain is processing. That way you can change the way you think. Then and only then will you be able to change the way you talk and act!!
