It’s one of my favorite parts of my morning routine. Make my cup of coffee & grab my cold roller = my bliss ✨

This is a great at home skincare tool that’s affordable, easy to use, & beneficial to the skin.

Benefits of cold rolling:
❄️ reduces puffiness
❄️ lymphatic drainage
❄️ calms redness from breakouts or sensitivity
❄️ brightens dark circles under eyes
❄️ eases muscle tension (especially around jawline)

How to use:
🌬️ store cold roller in ziploc bag in freezer
🌬️ use anywhere from 5-15 minutes
🌬️ use as a last step once you’ve done your skincare routine am/pm
🌬️ wash with soap & warm water, then place back in the freezer

Oxygen Deep Pore Cleanser will breathe life back into dull tired cells. This cleanser goes into the pores & triggers deep pore cleaning. This cleanser stimulates healthy cell turnover by infusing oxygen into your pores reducing breakouts & blackheads.

I always use this cleanser after a double cleanse to loosen impacted pores making it easier for extractions.

This is a great at home product that can be used 2-3 times a week. Gentle apply on your face and let it sit on your skin 5-10 minutes then remove with dry cotton rounds or wooden spatula.

Some skincare tips you may not know!

🧴 Apply extra product to the back of your hands. We use & abuse our hands daily & they don’t get enough love! Apply any excess serums, moisturizer or SPF left over from your face to the back of your hands to keep them hydrated & healthy.

🫧 Double cleanse even when not wearing makeup. A precleanse is necessary to breakdown excess oil, dirt/debris, & SPF accumulated throughout the day.

☀️ Wear sunscreen indoors & on cloudy days. You are still getting UV exposure through windows & clouds. If your plants are being affected by the sun through the windows, so are you!

🚫 Don’t use physical exfoliants on inflamed acne. If your blemishes are red, swollen, and/or painful do not use a brush or scrub on top of them. This will cause more irritation & inflammation. Save your physical exfoliants for the rest of your face & for non-inflamed acne such as blackheads.

🫶🏼 Pop pimples with a q-tip. If you absolutely cannot keep from popping your own pimples at home, PLEASE use q-tips instead of your fingernails. Nails are much more likely to spread bacteria & break the skin, causing scarring.

🧼 Cleanse underarms with glycolic acid. If you have excessive underarm body odor, use products with glycolic acid. I recommend Glymed’s Glycolic facial cleanser with 10% glycolic acid.
