• NO DEPOSIT NO APPOINTMENT
Upon booking there is a $25 non refundable deposit that must be paid that goes toward your over all

total for your service/services in order to lock in your appointment( all deposits/invoices must be paid at the time of booking appointments) via cash app $HollyD00

•$20 late fee, 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time.Anything after 15minutes after your appointment time, your appointment will be terminated & must be rebooked with a new deposit which has to be made upon booking.

•If you must cancel or reschedule please do so 48-24HRS PRIOR to your appointment. Same day or less than 8 hours before cancellations will require you to pay 50% of fee upfront when booking next appointment.

•NO CALL NO SHOW IS BLOCKED FROM FUTURE BOOKING (unless A reasonable response is giving)

• If booking for LASHES please make sure to Remove any mascara, eyeliner, and any other residue ( i.e. Hair glue, oils, moisturizers) from eye area before your appointment. If failed to do so you will have to get a lash shampoo which is a additional $5

•If booking for HAIR Please make sure your hair and scalp is clean upon arrival for appointment if hair or scalp is not clean your appointment will be cancelled which will result to you losing your $25 non refundable deposit (meaning you would have to re book and put down another deposit) ( shampoo set and blown out is optional but must be discussed upon booking an appointment)

•You can schedule touch ups through DM or booking site. DO NOT remove locs for touch up, if you do YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RECEIVE TOUCH UP SERVICES !

•PLEASE BRING CASH ONLY AT THE TIME OF YOUR APPOINTMENT!! If not there will be an “$5 inconvenience fee” added on to your total upon using other forms of payments.

• Also please note when booking specials
ALL SPECIALS MUST BE PAID IN FULL & ARE NON REFUNDABLE !

•SAME DAY BOOKINGS + $20

•WHEN BOOKING YOU ARE AGREEING TO HAVE YOUR PICTURE TAKEN & OR USED FOR PROMOTION REASONS before & after
Or there’s a $20 no promo fee that will be added on to your over total
