A year ago, we were closing on our home.
At that time, Henry’s Sourdough & Treats was simply a little hobby—something I did for coworkers, friends, neighbors, and anyone willing to take home a loaf of bread. 🥖
Just a few weeks after moving in, I decided to take a chance and put a little more focus into this dream. Looking back, I had just shy of 100 followers.
Today, one year later, we’ve reached 2,000 🥹✨
In that year we’ve built the Bread Shed, met so many incredible customers, worked amazing markets & even being a part of a farmers market. We’ve partnered with amazing local makers, been featured in the news, welcomed new friends into our little community, and watched something that started in my kitchen grow into something I never imagined.
There have been plenty of sleepless nights, early mornings, flour-covered counters, dishes piled a mile high— and moments where I wondered if anyone would show up.

But YOU did 🥹🥹😭
