𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘 𝗞𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗜 𝗬𝗢𝗚𝗔 // Throughout the entire month of June you can join us for FREE Kundalini Yoga classes on Monday evenings at 6:15pm.

Kundalini is an ancient yoga technology designed to balance the physical, the energetic (chakras) and emotional body through repetitive physical postures, mantra, and meditation.

We will tap into the sublte body, meditate, and leave the class feeling energized, and aligned in the most meaningful way.
