Alright guys i’m going to get very REAL with y’all!

I know all my hairstylist friends can relate to this…

Feeling beat down, feeling unmotivated, and discouraged… This shortage of color & products has been hard, VERY hard.

& To top it all off, we are in the social media times where it’s not good enough to JUST be good at hair. You have to be good at taking pictures and being consistent on social media. It’s a lot. Some days I feel like a hair goddess & I am just the best out there & then other days I feel like i’m falling short and I wonder why all my effort is not reflecting in my followers, likes, etc.

But I have been BEYOND BLESSED with the best work family. Family is never something i’ve felt at work before but I truly love my salon girls like my own blood. I’m so thankful for friends like & instagramless Diana & … and for a manager who reminds me of my purpose and is probably my number 1 hype man ❤️❤️

I say all of this to just remind everyone and myself that when you are feeling at your lowest, there’s always someone noticing the effort & cheering for you!

I got this text this morning after venting about how i’ve been feeling lately & yeah I cried 🤣🤣

Tell someone they’re doing good today & let them know that you’re proud of them. You have no idea what it could mean to them ❤️
