Meet Heather, our nail technician here at Penelope Nichole Salon (formerly known as Victoria's Hair and Nails). Heather is from Northern Ohio and has been in Jacksonville for about a year now. Nails has always been her passion. Her favorite is gel polish and acrylics with nail art. If she could color everything with one color it would be PINK! OK..... We have BIG news.... Penelope Nichole! We are going to be rebranding to Penelope Nichole soon! Logo and Icon are in design, and once done signage will start to appear!!! This is getting Exciting!!! Over the next few months we will be making gradual exciting changes to the inside and probably a few outside. Jenn, Clif, Wendy, Vanessa, and Heather will continue to give the outstanding service and atmosphere you have come to enjoy, and you can expect to see a few new faces very soon! But, keep watching here until our new website and social media's get off the ground!
