A Wild Hair Salon

Yes it has been a while since I posted on our web site. We love our customers and treat you like family. I'm asking now that you come together and help those in need from hurricane Harvey. We will be taking donations for the victims in cash please.All donations will be sent to Samaritans Purse or the Salvation Army who work together to help those in need, They not only provide food ,clothing, and needs for people but they also send teams over to help re-build homes, businesses and what ever else is needed. You can come by the shop or send a check please make it out to me or the shop and when I send the full donation I can mail one check. And trust me none of it will go in my pocket. Had a great time today at Nimnicht Chevy raising money and cutting hair for kids with cancer. Thanks to all who came and donated wether it was 10+ inches of hair or $$$ I'm sure it will all be appreciated. And to my Wild Hairs thank you too for giving up a Sunday and participatng as well. Mr. Lee we also appreciate all the work you did putting it together and inviting us to help.Thanks to my hubby Mark for taking some pic's and posting them. And Mr. Don from Nimnicht Lookin' good with your new hair cut, thanks for your support too.God Bless all who helped and participated. Love Ya !!!

Happy News... Yesterday Sept. 21 @ 6:30 am. Miss Lyllah Jones was born. She weighed a little over 7 # and is absolutely beautiful. Has a head full of hair and looks a lot like her mommy. Yue Chin is now a grand ma and has the biggest smile on her face and you can see the love in her eyes when ever she talks about Lyllah. Congrats to the new proud parents and Grand ma !! Today is Melinda's birthday and we got together last night at Crystal River on Blanding , Yummmm crab legs. We had a great time , thanks to all who came. God has truly blessed me to have a shop full of customers who are more like family and my 3 sista's who work with me , I couldn't ask for any better gals Melinda, Theresa and Yue Chin God's love and Blessings to you all !!

Well some time in September Yue Chin will be a G-MA and Saturday Teresa and I attended her daughter Kimberly 's baby shower. We had a great time, it's always nice to hang out with our "Wild Hair" family outside of the shop. There were no crab legs involved , but there was some tasty sandwiches and deserts. We want to wish Kim and her hubby Jacob Congratulations and Happy times with their little angel to be ! We love you two and pray God's blessing on you and your little miracle to be !

Last night Melinda, Teresa, Yue Chin, Mark and myself went to Crystal River. We all ordered crab legs and boy did we eat our fill. They were so good.It's nice to go have fun with those you work with outside of the shop.We always have a good time with each other and our customers at the shop, but getting away and enjoying time together is always good. Our waitress took real good care of us and kept our "legs" coming. And Mark didn't mind hanging out with us, especially eating crab legs. I love my "Wild Hair "family. Just wanted to up-date you on our Kidney Transplant. I received a note from Marsha Spicer , she said the transplant went well for both men, ( the giver and receiver) it's been about 2 wks.and both are doing great. It will take about a month for Terry to be in isolation this is the most critical time for him. Please remember him in your prayers.I thank you all for your donations and Marsha said "Thank You" as well. God has them under His Heavenly Stethescope and is taking care of everything. We had a GREAT Time Saturday, if you didn't stop by you missed a great time. Thanks to all who came by and also to all who gave donations to our kidney donar. Thanks to my Bro. and Sis-in-law for manning the grill, and to Rikki @ Ladybug Quiltshop for the use of her grill and tables. And to our customers (framily) who we love , to my kids and grands and bro. who helped with the remodel. Thank you Steven and Mike great job on the floor and Mr. Norris and his crew for all your hard work as well. And thanks to you all for putting up with the mess. Come Celebrate !!!! Sat. May 2nd 11:00 -2:00 We are almost finished with our remodel and we want all of our friends and family to come by on the 2nd to see our place. I plan on having hamburgers and hot dogs, chips and drinks .We will be taking donations for a man who is having a kidney transplant, if you would like to help come by and have a burger or dog, or just to say "HI" and by the way I am also celebrating my 40th year of doing hair!! Ya'll come on by we'd love to see you !!
