Questions I get:
What is a low-maintenance blonde? What does lived-in mean? When do I come back in? How can I make my color last longer? Don’t worry, I gotchu 😎

Low Maintenance Color is for clients who only come in every few months, think 3+. Typically, a “lived-in color” will be low maintenance, meaning it has a softer grow-out. That doesn’t mean that there isn’t at home care to do. How you treat your hair outside of the salon affects the longevity of your color and health of your hair.

Here are my tips to maintain a low maintenance color:

1. Sulfate/Phalate-Free Shampoos & Conditioners
2. Purple shampoo/conditioner no more that once a week for preserving tone.
3. Drop the heat! No higher that 375 degrees and ALWAYS use a heat protectant.
4. Deep condition for your hair concerns regularly. I will give my product recommendations at your appointment.
5. Book a quick touch up in between longer appointments. If you just need a gloss and a haircut 2-3 months out, I gotchu!

⚡️Full Highlight- mix of weaved teasy lights + baby lights
⚡️Tip outs in between to brighten ends
⚡️Reapply in foils on previous root smudge
⚡️Bond Pro Treatment at the bowl
⚡️Root shadow and gloss

Slow and steady wins the race ESPECIALLY with hair that has already been lightened. This whole process took us 5.5 hours but it was well worth it to protect the integrity of her hair + meet my client’s needs. We couldn’t have been happier with the results ☺️🖤
