Dear John Ira Beauty Salon Guests,

I hope this letter finds you well and in good health. I am writing to you today with a heavy heart to inform you of a sudden change that has occurred in my life and business. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I have been forced to close my salon in Jacksonville, FL and relocate to Fort Walton Beach, FL.

This decision has not been an easy one, as it pains me to leave behind such valued guests like yourself. I understand the inconvenience this may cause, and I sincerely apologize for any disruptions or inconveniences it may have caused in your routine. I assure you that I tried my best to make everything work out, but unfortunately, some things are beyond our control.

While I am no longer based in Jacksonville, I am still committed to serving and caring for my loyal salon guests. I have been contemplating the idea of visiting Jacksonville once or twice a week to tend to your beauty needs. However, for this arrangement to be feasible, I would need a certain level of commitment from my salon guests to ensure that the travel is worthwhile and doesn't result in a loss for me.

I am currently focused on completing my nursing school and preparing for the future opening of John Ira Beauty Medical Spa. It is crucial for me to create a less stressful environment that allows me to concentrate on my studies while also planning for the future. I believe this will enable me to provide an even better experience for you all once the medical spa is up and running.

For those of you who are John Ira Beauty VIP guests and have made advance payments, I want to assure you that refunds will be calculated and promptly sent to you. Your loyalty and trust are of utmost importance to me, and I want to make sure that everything is taken care of in a fair and timely manner.

Looking ahead, I am excited about possibly working with you again in the future. We can certainly figure out a plan that accommodates our needs, allowing me to travel back and forth between Jacksonville and Fort Walton Beach. However, to make this a reality, I would need a minimum of 10 committed salon guests on specific days. This would ensure that the trip is worthwhile for all parties involved.

If this arrangement sounds viable and you would be interested in a once-a-week or twice-a-week schedule, please let me know as soon as possible. Your feedback and input are invaluable to me, and I want to ensure that any plans align with your needs and preferences.

Once again, I sincerely apologize for the sudden move and change. Please understand that this was a decision I had to make to improve my personal and professional life. I truly value your trust and support, and I will do everything I can to make it up to you in the future.
