Yesterday, I let myself take an unexpected afternoon off. Honestly? I was drained and a little irritable… Benji 🐶 can attest 😅

But this kind of tired isn’t burn out. This kind of tired means I’ve been showing up for something that really matters to me. It’s the kind of exhaustion that carries meaning, the quiet kind that says you’ve given your heart to something that matters to you, and it’s emotional.

The year I took my bridal business full time was filled with a lot of tears… knows 🤍 This year has carried that same intensity. Two studios in six months. A growing team. Photo shoots, a rebrand, new systems, new services, new connections… it’s been a lot.

I sat in my new studio two days ago and let the tears flow yet again (as they do now). Not out of sadness, but awe. Because 15 years ago, when I set out for cosmetology school, starting a business was the last thing on my mind. And here I am now. Pursuing a dream I never saw coming, pouring into a purpose God placed on my heart, still unsure where it’s all going, but so deeply committed to seeing it through.

To every bride, client, collaborator, and friend who’s trusted me with a tiny piece of their story… thank you. Your trust and support is the reason I get to wake up and do what I love.

Here’s to the beauty we create, the relationships we nurture, and the dream that keeps evolving. One wedding, one appointment, one sacred moment at a time.
